NearbyON

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

NearbyON is run by YCARUS CAPITAL LLC ("NearbyON", "we", "us"). For now, nearbyon.app is a waiting list and a demo. This page explains what we collect there, why, and how to ask us to delete it. We will update it before the full service opens.

What we collect

  • If you join as a customer: your city or postal code, your email and, if you choose it, the service you need.
  • If you join as a pro: your name, trade, city, mobile number and, if you give it, your license or registration number.
  • With every sign-up: the language you used, the date, the country the request came from, your browser type, and a scrambled code made from your IP address. The code changes every day and is used only to stop spam. We don't keep your IP address.
  • In your browser: the site remembers your language. The demo keeps what you do in it on your own device and sends nothing to us. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

  • To tell you when NearbyON opens in your city.
  • To contact pros about setting up their free page.
  • To decide which cities and trades to open first.
  • To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.

What we never do

  • We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
  • Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Texts and calls for pros

If you check the box on the pro form, NearbyON may call you or send texts or WhatsApp messages about your free page. How often varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

Who helps us

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the waiting list.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
  • When we start sending emails or texts, we will use providers that act only on our instructions.

Why we can use it

Because you asked to join the list (your consent), and to keep the site safe from spam (our legitimate interest). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Where it is stored

Cloudflare stores the list and may process it in the United States and in other countries where it operates.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, fix, delete or download your information, or to stop hearing from us. Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. Every email from us has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. If you live in a country with a data protection law, such as Brazil, Portugal, Spain or Mexico, you can also complain to its data protection authority.

Children

NearbyON is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor signed up, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS), and only the NearbyON team can see the list. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will tell the people on the list.
