Alerts on iPhone
Apple lets websites send alerts only from the Home Screen. Here is how to set it up.
On iPhone and iPad, a website can send alerts only after you add it to your Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).
Pros: get new requests on your iPhone
- Open nearbyon.app/app in Safari.
- Tap Share (if you don’t see it, tap ••• first), then Add to Home Screen.
- Open NearbyON from your Home Screen and sign in with your fingerprint or face.
- Tap Get requests on this phone, then Allow.
Customers In Safari on iPhone you won’t see the alert button. That’s OK: your quotes still show up on your request page, and every pro who sends you a quote gets your WhatsApp to message you. About your request page
Turn alerts off: Settings → Notifications → NearbyON.
